THE BANK PREVENTED ME FROM WITHDRAWING MY FUNDS IN THE ACCOUNT!
The PAMM account managers called Nexobot in Brazil stopped authorizing withdrawals from Moneta Markets accounts. I contacted the Account Manager in Brazil, named Luiz, and he NEVER helped us, always making excuses - whereas in a SERIOUS brokerage, they would have closed any open orders and released the withdrawals!!!! We spent nearly 3 months BEGGING for withdrawals, and the Account Manager DID NOTHING, just like the contacts we made with Moneta itself—the support team told us to reach out to the Account Manager. We went through hell with this brokerage, and I personally lost around $1021 USD. RUN AWAY FROM MONETA MARKETS, WHICH COMPLICITLY TOOK PART IN THIS COPY TRADE HELL EXPERIENCED IN BRAZIL IN 2024, CALLED NEXOBOT.

After verification, we confirm that the account in question is a PAMM account, and during the relevant period, the client had no direct communication with Moneta Markets. Transaction records indicate that the current balance of the account is zero, with funds fully depleted due to losses incurred from PAMM trading, not because withdrawals were blocked. The last successful withdrawal recorded in the system occurred on May 2, 2024. Following significant trading losses, the account status was adjusted to "close-only," meaning no new positions could be opened. Additionally, this case is related to the previous Brazil PAMM/Nexobot case, and as part of its resolution, the client had already received a 1:1 credit compensation. After repeated verification, we found no evidence that either the bank or Moneta Markets ever blocked the client's withdrawals. The losses were due to PAMM trading. Due to transaction activities, the withdrawal function will naturally become unavailable after the account balance is depleted. Thank you for your understanding and support. Client Moneta Markets
I've been a Moneta Markets client since 2023 and participated in the NEXOBOT PAMM project. Moneta allowed order masking, turning into a 100% loss in April 2024 (previously 4%/month profit). Moneta failed to audit NEXOBOT, indirectly assisting the fraud affecting +1000 clients. They denied responsibility, covered up mistakes, and lacked transparency. Their Brazilian manager focused on commissions and blocked withdrawals. Total loss > $5 million. Moneta requested complaint removal in exchange for a "recovery" with REALIZE Invest (another disappointment). Their new PAMM account was even less transparent, and their scheme was to remove complaints. Total distrust in Moneta.

After verification, we confirm that the three accounts involved are all PAMM accounts, and all trading operations are executed by the respective PAMM managers. Moneta Markets solely acts as the trading platform provider and does not participate in specific trading decisions or risk management. Regarding account records, account 47404** shows normal PAMM deposit and withdrawal processes, with all fund transfers in and out complying with the PAMM mechanism, and no instances of blocked withdrawals were found. The funds in account 47246** have been transferred internally to another linked PAMM account (47037**), and no rejected withdrawal requests were recorded at the platform level. As for the primary PAMM account 47037**, its transaction records include PAMM deposits and withdrawals as well as external withdrawals (including PIX and cryptocurrency), with the last successful PAMM withdrawal occurring in May 2024. On the 20th of the month, there is another deposit record dated April 3, 2025. Based on the above verification results, no instances of Moneta Markets blocking or restricting withdrawals at the platform level have been found. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
