Top User Allegations Against JustMarkets
A Three-Week-Long Withdrawal Delay Complaint
An Indian user reportedly questioned the broker for an unexplained withdrawal delay that lasted for more than three weeks at the time of writing the JustMarkets review. Despite raising the complaint tickets multiple times, the client's withdrawal request allegedly stayed in the validation queue. The broker, according to the user, is not disclosing the exact reason for the delay. Instead, JustMarkets is notifying the user of a clause that allows the broker to delay withdrawals for an infinite period. Check the complaint below for more details.

A Worst Trading Platform Label
A user from Singapore reportedly marked JustMarkets as a worst trading platform, claiming that every withdrawal request faced rejections by the broker on the grounds of trading agreement breach. Every withdrawal request would require the user to send trading details before the withdrawal amount is credited to the account. The Introducing Brokers (IBs) reportedly use broker accounts, instead of live accounts as claimed by them. The trader claimed to have faced rejections on withdrawals, which were cleared only after he submitted trading logs. While the broker attributed it to strict money laundering norms, the same was allegedly not required when accepting deposits, the trader quipped while sharing this negative JustMarkets review.

A Reported Loss of USD 153 Due to Reduced Order Entries
A Japanese trader claimed that JustMarkets accused him of using Expert Advisors and later restricted his entries to just ten. This reportedly prevented the trader from executing the order at better prices. The user failed to use the massive 1:3000 leverage adequately and later alleged that he was not informed about it in advance. Due to this suspicious activity, the trader allegedly lost USD 153 on the trading platform. Have a look at this JustMarkets review filed on WikiFX.

Multiple Slippage-related Loss Complaints
Users from the Middle East region have complained of severe slippage on the JustMarkets login dashboard. An Israeli user reported an abnormal negative slippage of $10 on his sell stop pending order. Notably, the trader pointed out the triggering of the take-profit order at the same limit level with zero price improvement, allegedly making it a flawed trade order execution. When inquired about the trade logs, the broker allegedly failed to provide any such proof to the user. On the other hand, an Egypt-based user's sell order of 4027.21 closed at 4081.52 despite a stop-loss order limit of 4045.40. This reported slippage led to losses for the trader. Here are these two slippage complaints.

Fund Worth $1291 Allegedly Withheld by JustMarkets
A Pakistani trader complained that JustMarkets stole his funds worth $1291. The trader claimed to have proof to support his claim while sharing this review.

JustMarkets Login Issues During News
A Malaysian user reported constant struggles with JustMarkets login during news events such as the Non-farm Payroll (NFP) report. According to the complaint, the user lost all of his profits, and his report to the finance department did not yield a satisfactory response. The screenshot below captures the user's frustration over the alleged turn of events.

Is JustMarkets Scam or Legit? This WikiFX Report Gives You a Clue!
While user complaints have been deeply concerning, the broker seems to have a multi-layered regulatory structure. The JustMarkets regulation list contains licenses from the Cyprus Securities & Exchange Commission (CYSEC), the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA), the British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission (Offshore), the Seychelles Financial Services Authority (FSA) (Offshore), and the Financial Services Commission (FSC). Of these five licenses, two are offshore regulations, whose investor protection mechanisms are limited compared to CYSEC, FCA and ASIC. Amid a large number of negative complaints, the user trust score dropped to 1.65 out of 10.
