Abstract:Most of what a BazaarFx review turns up online is opinion. Two records are not. The UK Financial Conduct Authority published a warning naming this brand on 13 August 2025, and Companies House holds a registration for a company using the name. Neither record settles the question of BazaarFx regulation in the way marketing pages usually imply, and the two are often mistaken for each other. This check was carried out on 22 September 2026; each record carries its own date.

Most of what a BazaarFx review turns up online is opinion.
ContentsIs BazaarFx Regulated, and by Whom
On the evidence checked, no licence to provide investment services was found in any of the records examined. The UK regulator states the firm is not authorised by it, and the UK company registration that exists is a corporate filing, not a financial services permission.
That is a narrower conclusion than calling the whole brand a fraud, and a much stronger one than saying it is merely unrated. The two records do different jobs, and reading them together is the point of this article.
Throughout this article, claims about regulation BazaarFx are tested against the register that would have issued the permission, not against directory scores or user sentiment.
What the FCA Warning of 13 August 2025 Says
The FCA Warning List entry for this brand was published and last updated on 13 August 2025. It names the website www.bazaarfx.net and states that the firm is not authorised by the regulator and may be targeting people in the UK.
A Warning List entry is a consumer caution about an unauthorised firm. It is not a court finding, and it does not by itself describe what happened to any individual account. It also concerns the UK perimeter, so it does not decide what is permitted in India.

Screenshot captured on 22 September 2026. The brand's own addresses did not load in this check, so the regulator's Warning List entry is shown instead, naming www.bazaarfx.net and dated 13 August 2025. The image documents the regulator's page on that date; it is not a finding about any individual account.
A Companies House Number is Not a Licence
Companies House records BAZAAR FX LTD, company number 15167804, incorporated on 27 September 2023 as a private limited company, with the nature of business recorded under SIC code 66300, fund management activities.
Two details on that record deserve attention. The registered office is shown as PO Box 4385, 15167804 - COMPANIES HOUSE DEFAULT ADDRESS, Cardiff, CF14 8LH, which is the address the registrar itself applies rather than a trading office. The status is recorded as active with an active proposal to strike off.
Incorporating a company in the UK requires no regulatory assessment of a trading business. A SIC code is self-declared at filing. Anyone quoting the number 15167804 as proof of BazaarFx regulation is quoting the wrong register.
Which Domain are You Actually on
The regulator's warning names bazaarfx.net. Broker directories list bazaarfx.com. On 22 September 2026 neither address loaded in this check, which is a server response on that date and not in itself proof that a service has ended.
Before depositing anywhere, match the domain in your address bar against the domain in your client agreement and in your payment confirmations. A brand name shared across two top-level domains is a reason to slow down, not a detail to skip.
What a Resident of India can Check
For an Indian resident the operative question is not UK authorisation at all. The Reserve Bank of India publishes an Alert List of entities not authorised to deal in foreign exchange or to operate electronic trading platforms for forex transactions under FEMA, updated as on 19 November 2025 and running to 95 entities.
The RBI attaches an explicit limit to that list, stating that it is not exhaustive and that an entity not appearing on it should not be assumed to be authorised. This article does not establish whether this brand appears on the current list; readers should check the list and the RBI registers of authorised persons directly.
Conclusion Before You Decide
A useful review of regulation BazaarFx claims should point you at registers, not replace them. Four checks keep the assessment specific and traceable.
- Read the FCA Warning List entry as a caution about UK authorisation, not as a finding about your individual account.
- Treat company number 15167804 as a corporate filing, and never as evidence of regulation BazaarFx marketing may imply.
- Match the domain you log in and deposit through against your client agreement and payment records.
- Check the RBI Alert List and the registers of authorised persons yourself, and note the date you checked.
This is not a recommendation to open an account and not investment advice. Leveraged forex and CFDs carry a high risk of loss. Findings are limited to the public sources checked on 22 September 2026.
