Acy SAY THIS IS NORMAL.Who has ever heard of 2 hour bars on a 4 hour chart anyway.With closer examination it shows 2 different prices happening in the charts at once ,with a 2 to 4hour time lag in these different prices on the 15 min chart.I feel this shows that Acy have been caught manipulating prices red handed.Also Acy have stopped me using proven high end Ea's by changing something in their platform. I was making good money using these ea's. Then all of a sudden the Ea's were denied access to the platform.I have been totally ignored from the start by Acy.Acy also bought my trades when they purchased Synergy FX. Around $40 k worth. Now I have lost the lot. Please look at the charts below. The 15 minute chart cover both timeframes of the 2 hour bars on a four hour chart.

To add on from my previous posts.ACY bought out Synergy FX. Therefore ACY bought my $35k to $40k worth of live trades in the market. I was supplied dirty data or compromised data from Acy. This data stopped my ea's from working. I had to manage my trades manually because of this. I lost all this money and more. So my Question is 1 Because Acy bought my trades, 2 Supplied faulty data and 3 ignored my calls for help. Acy then profited from their doings. IS THAT FRAUD? cheers Matt

Has anyone had any data feed problems with ACY Securities.The Acy dirty data has caused their own platform to malfunction. My proven Ea can not function on ACY dirty data. ( it works on everyone else platform.) I am getting two four hour bars on a four hour chart. (There is only meant to be one, obviously.) I was on Zoom meeting with their representative and when he saw the problem live, he left. They will not even talk to me now. I am trying to go through AFCA but ACY have denied everything. They said the zoom meeting never took place. They have stated that there own data is not their responsibility. . Acy have cost me my business. I can not believe how they have ignored me, way before I went to AFCA. Please help
