In the wee hours on August 1st when Federal Reserve was holding a meeting, GKFX’s server crashed and I cannot log in from 2am to 4am. This a deliberate practice which caused me to lose money. And this is not the first time. I talked with the service, they said everything was alright at that time. I’ve recorded video about logging in another platform on which I can instantly log in and in GKFX on which I can’t. It led to a severe loss. My friend’s account 12012240 was liquidated. On 20 April, 2019, I was incited by GKFX’ s employees to open an account in this illegal forex platform , with the website www.gkfxprime.com., with a deposit of 3,000 dollars. The account, which was operated by the employees, wiped out with nothing left by 29, April. I would like to analyze the whole trap from the following three aspects: first, I didn’t open the account in person and was excluded from the whole account opening process. The employees overstated profits while concealed risks. They cheated of my personal information on 22, April, and privately opened the account. GKFX Prime crashes their server deliberately. Their agent let me deposit through Wechat Pay. I traded on December 21th in 2018 with my account 6022498. They crashed the server when I placed an order. I earned but they won’t let me withdraw and compensated me a small amount. On January 3rd, 2019, their EUR/JPY had a 170 pips slippage at 6 o’clock, which caused me losing over $1000. I called them to handle this thing, but they ignored me and banned my account. Now they are missing. I hope government crack this scam platform.
