GKFX Prime’s agent asked me to deposit through Wechat Pay.

GKFX Prime crashes their server deliberately. Their agent let me deposit through Wechat Pay. I traded on December 21th in 2018 with my account 6022498. They crashed the server when I placed an order. I earned but they won’t let me withdraw and compensated me a small amount. On January 3rd, 2019, their EUR/JPY had a 170 pips slippage at 6 o’clock, which caused me losing over $1000. I called them to handle this thing, but they ignored me and banned my account. Now they are missing. I hope government crack this scam platform. The platform does not allow third-party transaction, but why would they ask me to transfer money to my agent through Wechat Pay? Here is the picture.
