Cannot log in GKFX from 2am-4am on August 1st.

In the wee hours on August 1st when Federal Reserve was holding a meeting, GKFX’s server crashed and I cannot log in from 2am to 4am. This a deliberate practice which caused me to lose money. And this is not the first time. I talked with the service, they said everything was alright at that time.
I’ve recorded video about logging in another platform on which I can instantly log in and in GKFX on which I can’t. It led to a severe loss. My friend’s account 12012240 was liquidated. I must expose GKFX since I’ve lost more than 50000 USD. I’ll show you the video any time you want!
They keep asking me how I can prove that I was unable to place orders during that time. Isn’t that ridiculous? You guys are outrageous!
How can I place an order of I can’t even log in? How can I show you the error notification if I can’t place an order? Unless GKFX abandoned Chinese market, or I’ll be determined to negotiate with the platform and expose this thing to all the media and police station to tell their scam!
All the time from August 1st to 23th, GKFX only promised to compensate me 2000 USD, which is less than 5% of my loss!
