The stupid mistake made by the customer service caused my losses.

I asked the service distributed by GKFX Prime (whose name is Li Jing, English name Peter) how much ounce per lot XAG/USD is. He said it was 1000 ounce, thus, I planned to place 0.1 lot and placed 0.5 lot eventually. As a consequence, I made a loss of $3500. During the time of buying largely, he still insisted that the Later, I knew that the per lot XAG/USD is 500 ounce. If the loss was mere, I could earn it back. But due to lack of knowledge and irresponsibility of the service, I made huge losses. I have related evidence, while the company refuses to compensate me.

下单前问过客服（是捷凯公司分配给我的专门服务人员，有加微信，其中文名李靖，英文名peter ）一手白银是多少盎司，他跟我说1000盎司，本来只想下单两个0.1手的我被他害得下了两个0.5手，结果后面平仓割肉亏了3500美金。扛单期间还找他又问一次白银一手是多少他还是说的一手1000盎司。在我清仓割肉后，有一次无意间跟他交流才得知白银一手是5000盎司。本来如果我仓位轻，亏损少我完全可以扛得住一直到后面可以盈利，但是就由于这个客服的及其不专业，这个公司的不负责任不把员工培养好就上岗，害得我亏这么多钱。相关证据我都有聊天记录，然而跟这家公司反馈根本不理我根本不给我赔偿。
