Can't see order

I traded btcusd in the morning, and then all of a sudden I couldn't see my order. I started making profits but couldn't set be because I couldn't see the order at all. I couldn't close the order or set be. It keeps showing blank. When I reported it to customer service, they just said to delete it and then install it. There is no useful information. Now I can only wait for hit tp, otherwise it will hit sl, and there is no set be.
