I had high hopes for this platform, but ended up extremely disappointed. Everything seemed fine until I tried to withdraw. To make matters worse, I noticed positions being closed at prices never seen in the market. I strongly advise staying away from them!

Tradebox's customer service is top-notch. They respond to emails quickly, understand my issues, and promptly resolve them. It's worth mentioning that the issues were on my end, not theirs.
