The website design is extremely unprofessional, and it gives me a headache every time I try to navigate it. The customer service is also virtually non-existent, which makes resolving any issues very difficult. I stumbled upon this platform by accident, but I regretted it immediately. If you're looking for a smooth trading experience, I suggest you look elsewhere.
