我今年七月～八月底分三次分别入美金2115,2317,8009。9/7第一次提现13465，提到我的coinbase账户，提交后，客服告诉我已成功。结果我的coinbase账户迟迟没有收到任何进账。与客服交涉基本不回复，或者让我等待。9/13我突然收到邮件，提现金额全额退回到bKYHYO账户里。客服的解释是网络不好。 于是我尝试使用部分金额第二次提现，9/14我申请提现3465.38，到今天9/30为止，依然什么都没有收到。跟客服联系开始就让我等待，后来就不回复了。 目前账上还有10000，我想提现根本不敢操作，一提现担心又不知去向。 介绍我使用这个平台的人要了我身份信息说帮我查查，也再无踪影。 所有信息我都有记录，如果提供的照片或者截图不够详细，我可以补充。
