I applied for a withdrawal of $34.59 from my trading account on 8th February, 2021 and up to this moment I have not received the money in my account. I contacted my fxtm account manager, Mr. Ahmed on Tuesday and he assured me that the money will surely reflect in my account before the end of that day. But on Wednesday when I called to tell him that the money didn't reflect, he didn't pick my calls again. I contacted their online customer care and all they are saying is that the money has been deposited into my account. One Mr. Zeeno Williams who I introduced to fxtm through their partnership program is on my neck now for not receiving the funds he withdrew from his trading account this week. Please I need help as to how to get my money back and also that of my friend. My OCTA FX ID is 60656942. Thanks.

I withdrew the money in March of about 30,000 usd. by octafx, my funds are partially required to return to a credit card of 19,955.98 usd. I asked if I still can send it to my bank. but if that's the rule that must be done, I'm fine.so the rest is sent via bank transfer. and my money came in at the current exchange rate to my bank.but what really problem is what goes into my credit card. Other brokers use the current rate when returning to my credit card. from us dollar to IDR rupiah.but octa fx uses the exchange rate when I make a deposit. where the rate is lower when sending to a credit card time. deposit in late january and early february. so if using the exchange rate at that time (march), I did not receive USD 19,955.98. but rather around USD 19,000. because of the difference in the current exchange rate and the time of deposit.

i bought the gold on 6 august 2021 at 9.31 am pakistan time and then price drops to 1795 at 10.15 am pakistan time and sl got hit and when i checked the live gold chart it didn't go below 1797 it was 20 pips difference i will attach the screen shots you can check with the time date and price i have mentioned above please if someone could stop these bastards from looting poor people.

Most traders will make u take small profits with big losses. Your account will be even wiped out in the end. Some will threaten u to join their IB. If their rate of winning is low, they will close their accounts and open a new one. The customer service said that I could place an order with SL after I told them such things.
