Other brokers use the current rate when returning to my credit card. from us dollar to IDR rupiah.but octa fx uses the exchange rate when I make a deposit. where the rate is lower when sending to a credit card time. deposit in late january and early february. so if using the exchange rate at that time (march), I did not receive USD 19,955.98. but rather around USD 19,000. because of the difference in the current exchange rate and the time of deposit.

So i deposited 5755$ for trading into octafx. withdrew 55$ , i received that. i felt ok with trading now. traded with $5700, opened 3 trades gained around 115$ profit. when i go to withdraw the 5815$ amount, after a hour or so, they give a confirmation email stating that your withdrawal is complete..but even after 12+ hours, i have not received 5815$ in my crypto ETH wallet. i shall be attaching my order history, withdrawal status and etherscan wallet information.

Another failed FTMO account managed by Max Zuniga. I feel this is a really powerful testimonial. I really empathised with him because I could feel his despair and desperation reading it. Max conned him out of $2000 and he wasted $4500 flying out to Max and paying for various expenses to learn from him. Again the convo screenshots portray Max having zero empathy or respect for his students or clients and he just completely ghosts the guy after failing his account smh.

I was cheated by octafx, octafx eat my profit money 74000$+. I have all proofs with me. My account number 6058799. On 25th March 2020 I made profit around 68000$+ on XAUUSD, I made a withdrawal request 3600$ and showed complete status, but after I made 55000$ Withdrawal request that 3600$ Request changed to pending status, than I ask to customer support they said some time it’s Take 3 days, I never get that 3600$ till date.
