Withdrawal approved since 24 August but until now the money still not in my bank account. Already email them for updates every 2 day but untill now they reply with same word. Conclusion here, guessing i am already be scammed. So guys be careful with this broker n also their signal provider Fira Indicator. Don't be the next victim.

This is not first case Wise market withdrawal happened to traders from Malaysia. Pls do something...to get my withdrawal. Attached is the withdrawal history ..with withdrawal ID . All my emails to support has no reply. They just ignored it.

I have requested a withdrawal on last Friday, now been 5 days not process. Email to CS many times and chat with their CS bot but no feedback. Only managed to received approval if WD less than 60-70usd last week, but when come to 200usd stuck till now!

Failed big time , FAILED to assist during withdraw. 1 withdraw take over 4days, then have to resolution by bring the withdrawal amount back to mt4 account,FAILED to assist in the chat room, always asking about the ID without solving the issue fast,FAILED to assist not single a reply after sending email to them,FAILED, will goes to lagged and even stop when the trading goes to your favour.FAILED , only with release the payment if your withdrawal below 70USD, see pictures

I've made the withdrawal few times then finally approved. The amount was 850usd. But they don't send me the fund to my bank account. Livechat given same reason everytime. and support don't even reply email regarding this issue.
