CARRAN refuses the application for withdrawing money

A adviser called “Huikong” recommended me CARRAN, which is under the regulators in America and New Zealand according to the manager responsible for account opening. He gave me a work permit and certificates. But when applying for withdrawing money, I was declined. I then turn to the manager, but he only gave me some unreasonable excuses and asked me to apply again. The application was turned down again. After several inquiries, the manager became ill-mannered. I wonder why withdrawing my own money needs their consent. Given that, even if they approve the application, there must be something wrong with the arrival of capital. I guess they will pass the buck to the bank.
