FOREX.com harbors falsified propaganda, induced frauds, abnormal slippage and chuck, and locks the client’s account

1. FOREX.com propagandizes falsified information. When opening accounts, they told me that I could opened an account under under any regulatory. As a result, all Chinese customers’ accounts are opened in the subsidiary under offshore supervision of the Cayman Islands, and there is no account for the United States and Australia! Offshore regulation in the Cayman Islands is simply useless, equal to no supervision!
2. FOREX.com has an abnormal slippage in usual transactions, even two or three times in a day. Slippage is sometimes above 0 and sometimes under 0
3. I made many complaints to FOREX.com, requesting to refund funds. However, FOREX.com will lock my account without my consent. It does not let you withdraw money. The complaints have not been resolved!
4. FOREX.com has been unwilling to deal with the complaints. I has been urging them with more than 40 emails and phone calls in more than two months. Their answer is always that they were managing it. Other questions are not answered positively!
5. Cayman's supervision requires the platform to respond to the complaint in writing in two weeks, and other regulations require eight weeks. But FOREX.com has been delaying the problem for more than two months. It obviously ignores supervision. For the offshore regulation of the Cayman Islands can be regarded as unregulated!
FOREX.com’s customer service personnel discriminates against Chinese customers and has a bad attitude. Offshore supervision in the Cayman Islands is dispensable. The platform propagandizes falsified information and deceives clients! There will definitely be FOREX.com’s salesmen coming out to wash the land. All of the above are true.
