HFGFX harbors slippage and network outage, which caused losses

I have traded onHFGFX for more than half a year. Once a slippage of more than 100 pips in the platform caused a forced liquidation my account. Later, I asked the platform for compensation. It restored my order to the one before the liquidation. But the same thing happened again later. And recently it was even worse.
