Unable to withdraw

I deposited $15,000 on September 24 and applied for a withdrawal of $10461.28 on January 15. But I haven’t received the withdrawal yet. The platform replied that they would handle the channel issue after the Spring Festival without any formal statement! I hope this issue can be handled asap!
