I was victimized I am sharing my experience with Juno Markets to warn other traders. An amount of $5,700 USD was removed from my MetaTrader account without any clear explanation. I contacted their support team multiple times, but I did not receive any transparent or satisfactory response. There was no prior warning, no detailed justification, and no clear reference to any violation of terms. This raises serious concerns about the safety of funds and the reliability of this broker. All transaction records and evidence are available on my side. If this issue is not resolved and my funds are not returned, I will continue to escalate this matter through all available legal and public channels.

I encountered a situation on the JUNO platform where they refused to process my withdrawals without reason. Not only did they deduct all my profits, but a portion of my principal was also deducted. JUNO maliciously erased my account profits without providing any evidence, directly deducting them from my account. My account balance is now zero. I opened a cent account with JUNO on March 29, 2026, after contacting an account manager. I learned I only had MT5 cents, so I left it. Recently, I deposited $500 to test the platform's trading environment with a few small trades. I was trading normally, focusing on trend and reversal opportunities. However, after making four trades and earning several hundred dollars in profit, when I tried to withdraw, I was told that my profits and a portion of my principal had been deducted.

I placed an order on my account and blew up my $1k account with 2 orders to buy 1.86Lot gold. I asked IB and they said it was because I was running a bot and my bot only bet on currency pairs that don't have gold trading. Looking at the original bot's view on April 19, I didn't see any orders to buy gold. I sent a message but was kicked out of the Chat group and until now there has been no explanation for this incident.

on the following screenshots i was told that my profits can be withdrawal via Skrill as my initial deposit method. To my surprise, JUNO MARKETS is trying to scam me keeping my profits. I already sent many emails, messages on live chat, telegram team, and it been more than a week trying to get my money!!! I have proofs that JUNO MARKETS pays profits via Skrill, since I spoke with many people from Brazil which have made the full withdrawal via SKRILL. I kindly request many times via emails with Jeff David to proceed with my withdrawals via skrill as soon brazil banks DO NOT accept transfers from outside the country. I WANT MY MONEY WITHDRAWAL VIA SKRILL!!!!
