General Information of Gaitame.com

Gaitame.com is a Japanese Forex online company founded on April 1, 2002, under the name “Orient Tradition FX Co. ”In October 2003, the company changed its name to “Gaitame.com Co.,” and in December 2005, Gaitame.Com completed the registration of its financial futures trading business and joined the Financial Futures Trading Association. Gaitame.com completed the registration of its Class 1 financial instrument business, and in December, for the first time in the foreign exchange industry, it achieved 200,000 accounts. In 2009, Gaitame.com Research Institute Co., Ltd. was established as a wholly-owned subsidiary of a think tank specializing in the foreign exchange business. In November 2014, eight currency pairs were added, and in September 2019, Gaitame.Com added ten more currency pairs, bringing the number of registered accounts to 500,000 accounts. Gaitame.Com has a registered capital of 778,500,000 yen (as of the end of March 2021) and 116 employees in service.

Com is regulated by the Financial Services Agency of Japan and holds a retail foreign exchange license licensed by it under Regulation No. 7010401052335.

Spreads of Gaitame.com

Com offers spreads on currency pairs for two time periods: 1:00 am to 4:00 pm, and 4:00 pm to 1:00 am. During the former time period, the spread is 0.2 pips on USD/JPY, 0.5 pips on EUR/JPY, 0.4 pips on EUR/USD, 0.7 pips on AUD/JPY, 1.0 pips on GBP/JPY, 1.2 pips on NZD/JPY, and 1.7 pips on CAD/JPY. CAD / JPY at 1.7 pips. During the period from 4:00 pm to 1:00 am, the USD/JPY spread is 0.1 pips, EUR/JPY 0.3 pips, EUR/USD 0.3 pips, AUD/JPY 0.4 pips, GBP/JPY at 0.6 pips, and NZD/JPY at 0.9 pips.

Gaitame.Com says that users can make withdrawal requests on their smartphones or PCs at any time, and withdrawals of up to 2 million can be made after one business day; for more than 2 million yen, withdrawals can be made only after two business days.
