Is a TRADING VIEW regulated broker?

TradingView operates without a formal license. While this does not necessarily suggest a fraudulent activity, it is important for clients to be aware that their company is devoid of a regulatory body's oversight. This lack of regulation often calls into question credibility and security measures, as they are not subject to any specific legal requirements designed to protect the interests of the clients

Operating without a license also means the company is not obligated to adhere to any regulatory guidelines regarding the management of client funds, dispute resolution, and financial reporting. Therefore, clients considering TradingView as their go-to trading platform are urged to proceed with caution and to thoroughly understand the possible risks associated with investing through a non-regulated broker.

As a user of TRADING VIEW, I've had a frustrating experience with depositing funds. I've tried depositing three times within a week, but none of them went through. Even after waiting for days, I haven't received any email response or assistance from the settlement department regarding refunding my deposits.
