My time with Maxcointrade was frustrating. Their customer service kept pushing me to borrow money for investments. When I had transaction problems, they insisted on fines. Refusing to pay led to my account being frozen, with no access or fund withdrawal. It felt pushy and untrustworthy, making the experience quite unpleasant.
