According to the regulatory address and navigation, the staff came to the office building named “Laurence Pountney Hill”. The staff found it with much difficulty since there was no clear house number.

The staff came to the front door of the building, which was locked. They found a placard on which wrote “M&G” and sentences “The door is not in use. Please use alternative door”. Coincidently, a worker just came out of the alternative door and asked the identity of the staff when they were looking for it. After they told the worker about their identity and the purpose for coming here, he or she told them that M&G once set its office here, but it was moved to 10 Fenchurch Avenue currently.
