VALUTRADES Review 2026: Accounts, Regulation, and Execution Complaints
Abstract:VALUTRADES is a forex and CFD broker founded in 2012 and operating through two entities in the United Kingdom and Seychelles. It offers Standard and ECN accounts with no minimum deposit, supports MT4 and MT5, and provides leverage of up to 1:500 on its global account offering. Its WikiFX rating stands at 7.61 out of 10, with 38 complaints on file, mainly involving gold order execution, deposits, and withdrawals.

VALUTRADES operates through companies in the UK and Seychelles and offers a commission-free Standard account alongside an ECN account with spreads starting from zero on MT4 and MT5. The account structure is straightforward, but the brokers WikiFX profile includes 38 complaints. The most recent cases involve gold position closing prices and a cryptocurrency deposit that was not credited to the trading account.
What Is VALUTRADES?
Valutrades Limited was established in the UK in 2012 and remains registered as an active company with Companies House under number 07939901. The global website currently operates under Valutrades (Seychelles) Limited, based at Eden Plaza on Mahé Island, Seychelles.
The broker offers forex, gold, silver, oil, indices, and stocks through CFDs. Clients can open individual, corporate, or joint accounts, while trading volumes start from 0.01 lot.

Standard or ECN Account?
The official account page lists only two options, both starting from 0.01 lot and with no minimum deposit requirement:
- Standard: Spreads from 0.2 pips, with no commission per lot.
- ECN: Spreads from 0.0 pips, with a $6 commission per lot.
Both accounts support USD, JPY, EUR, GBP, and AUD. Leverage on the global website goes up to 1:500. These terms apply to the Seychelles entity. Retail accounts registered with the UK company are subject to the conditions of the British entity and FCA restrictions.
The main difference between the two accounts lies in how trading costs are charged. The Standard account builds the cost into the spread, while the ECN account separates the commission from the spread. As a result, the phrase spreads from zero should not be considered in isolation from the $6 commission per lot.

VALUTRADES Platforms and Trading Performance
The broker provides MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, and the VALUTRADES mobile app for account management and mobile trading. WikiFX lists eight MT4 servers and four MT5 servers, with an average execution speed of 145 milliseconds in the latest update.
The trading environment receives a B rating on WikiFX. The assessment includes execution speed, slippage, and disconnections, while some published complaints focus on the prices at which specific gold positions were closed.

VALUTRADES Regulation: UK and Seychelles
The brand operates through two legal entities:
- Valutrades Limited in London, company number 07939901 and FCA reference number 586541.

- Valutrades (Seychelles) Limited, company number 8423648-1 and Seychelles FSA Securities Dealer license SD028.

WikiFX lists the UK authorization as a market-making license and the Seychelles license under offshore regulation. The Seychelles entity also appears on the FSA regulated entities list with the address Unit B, F28, Eden Plaza, together with its official phone number and email address.
The global website and account terms offering leverage of up to 1:500 apply to the Seychelles company. The presence of an FCA number under the brand does not automatically place a global account under the UK entity. The applicable company can be identified from the name shown on the registration form and client agreement.
What Happened in the Latest VALUTRADES Complaints?
WikiFX had recorded 38 complaints against the broker as of September 3, 2026. Among the most recent reports are one involving a cryptocurrency deposit and two consecutive complaints from the same user concerning gold trade execution.
In a complaint dated June 12, 2026, a user said a cryptocurrency deposit was made through a QR code displayed on the payment page without the transfer network being specified. The funds were not credited to the trading account, and the company reportedly declined to refund the deposit on the grounds that the network used was unsupported. The user also said the first response indicated that the transfer had arrived, but that the recipient later stopped acknowledging receipt.
On June 23, another user reported holding a long gold position opened at 3346. The user said the market opened at 3394, but the position was closed at 3333 even though, according to the complaint, the price had not reached that level. The user estimated the impact of the execution at around $60.
The same user had posted another complaint on May 11 concerning a short position opened at 3345 with a take-profit level of 3305. According to the complaint, the market fell to 3275, but the platform closed the trade at 3327. Both complaints focus on execution prices around market gaps rather than on orders disappearing from the account.
There are also older reports involving slippage and delayed withdrawals. In one case dating back to 2022, a user said the company compensated a $1,100 slippage loss on the first occasion, but later refused to compensate another $2,542 loss spread across four trades.
VALUTRADES Rating on WikiFX
VALUTRADES has a WikiFX rating of 7.61 out of 10. WikiFX classifies the broker as regulated in the UK and under offshore regulation in Seychelles, with full MT4 and MT5 licenses. Its profile also states that the score has been reduced because of the volume of complaints.
The 7.61 rating reflects the presence of two regulated entities, availability of MT4 and MT5, and the measured trading environment. On the other side are 38 complaints, including recent cases containing specific order numbers and execution prices, as well as older disputes involving slippage and withdrawals.
The Standard account is simpler for traders who prefer costs built into the spread, while the ECN account adds a $6 commission per lot to spreads starting from zero. Leverage of up to 1:500 and the terms shown on the global website apply to the Seychelles company. The company name in the client agreement is what distinguishes that account from one falling under the UK entity.
