Dear customer, we want to restate that we indeed found the balance trading or external hedging in your account, which is prohibited in trading in accordance with clause 3.19 in the terms and condition. Now we will explain in details what the balance of trading is and how it affects forex brokers. The balance trading means there is no trading risks for the customers, and generally, traders buy and sell orders to balance the same instrument in different accounts or with different brokers. In most cases, a customer will not stop trading a lot until one of his or her accounts blow up. The customer will make high profits from one of his or her accounts or one broker (and does not need to pay for the other accounts with negative balance). Balance trading will have an effect on the brokers, as we provide the customers with bonus for trading and protect them from negative balance. In the meanwhile, please spend some time checking the clause 3.19 in the terms and conditions, which provides that the customers are not allowed to make balance trading (and conduct an external hedging with other brokers). So if AximTrade confirm in a reasonable way that a customer keeps doing external hedging, we reserve the right to cancel any related transactions or profits and refund the customer the original principal.
