I tried to contact the platform many times, but got no replies. I was never informed of incorrect information about bank card, and the platform retuned the money to my trading account when I just submitted the complaint. As you can imagine, you did not transfer the money. I resubmitted a withdrawal application with my Hong Kong bank card, and hope WikiFX could help me with the withdrawal so that I can receive the money as soon as possible. With respect to the short order of gold, I have been using one computer for trading, and there's no information about the closed order in the logs. I can provide the full logs. And I have no idea how the platform had the same IP address by which I opened position in the logs of their system, because I was working outside instead of at home. I have told the platform many times, even by email, but did not receive any replies. I wish WikiFX could help me protect my right. Thank you.

With respect to your short order of gold, the customer service have communicated with the customer many times, who has been claiming that he did not close the order. But we checked from the system that the customer opend and closed orders with the same IP address. If needed, Novox can provide the relevant evidences. With reference to the withdrawal, due to the incorrect bank name and account, the money that was withdrawn by remitting on January 20, 2021, returned to the customer's MT4 account. So please resubmit the withdrawal application, and reach out to the official 24 hours customer service for help, if you have any questions.

我在novoxfx平台做交易，有一笔黄金空单在1910位置被篡改平仓，这个订单我并没有进行平仓操作，并且黄金价格在当天也是在大幅下跌，我的价格被平在了最高点。自始至终我只通过唯一的一个台式电脑有过登录，我电脑日志上是没有平仓记录的，而且那个时间段我在外上班，也是不可能进行操作的，晚上回家打开电脑，才发现这个订单空单已经被强平。而平台给我看的记录，开仓平仓是一个ip,但是我电脑上找不到平仓的日志。我找过客户经理，给平台发过邮件申诉，没有得到任何官方的回应。如果是我自己平仓又是盈利单，我不会花时间去找平台申诉的。但是我的订单被私自操纵篡改，我是肯定不能接受的，后台交易员最清楚他们有没有操纵单子。这个事情拖了一个多礼拜没有得到任何回应之后心灰意冷的我在1月20号提交了出金，22号扣款了，至今已有15天了，一直没有到账，三番五次让我等一两天就到账了，最终都没有等到钱到账，我向平台要汇款凭证，平台也不愿意给，这让我怀疑平台有诈骗的嫌疑，其实并没有汇款。平台的这一系列行为，我已经没有办法信任平台了，我只能曝光你们。请把篡改我单子所损失的钱跟我的本金全部返还给我。（图片里面是1.7-1.9号黄金空日志，并没有平仓日志）
