Can’t close positions in Novox, make forced liquidation
I wrote about the process first and then I’ll attach the screenshot. Account: 603871. Can’t close positions on October 28, hold many short positions of US30. I’m supposed to close the positions at the lowest while the journal said the trade is disabled and I can’t close positions. I kept the evidence by a video screen capture and contacted the superior agent. But the problem hasn’t been solved until forced liquidation. The one thing that we should notice is that I can close positions after my account was wiped out. Besides US30, I can’t close XAU/USD, either. What’s more, the quote of US30 is far from the price of the actual quote. The trend is totally different. I’ve compared the quote with other quotes, I suspect the quote in this platform is not accurate. I require that the platform should give me the profit of US30 because the issues about unable to withdraw and inaccurate quote. My withdrawal was approved and my bank account is right. However, the platform put my withdrawal into the account and my account was wiped out.
