The exchange rate was 4.7 and 111 promised there would be 4.1 of the exchange rate in every circumstance, which means $300 is 1400 MYR, and when I withdraw, $300 is 1200 MYR. Today I made a huge loss and I wanna quit. I had applied for withdrawal for two weeks and waited the withdrawals arriving for three weeks. It took me over a month to take my own money back. The worst thing is I was told that the exchange rate decreased to 3.8. It means the value of my money decreased from 1,400 MYR to nearly 1,100MYR, which I can’t receive. Although I have asked to cancel a withdrawal due to wrong bank info, Tradesto takes an extremely long duration to process withdrawals and without our notice they reduced the withdrawal exchange rate without notifying the users at all and worst of all, it's been 4 weeks and I still have not receive the amount being bounced back to my Tradesto money account because to withdraw your money there is a "first come first serve" basis? while waiting over 4 weeks? Many of my friends that are using other brokers do not have such policy for their withdrawal. This is extremely frustrating.
