for context i made my withdrawal on the 18th August 2023 amounting to 500usd as can be seen on my screenshot from my account on Wisemarket. on the wisemarket.com dashboard it says that the withdrawal was successfull however my bank account shows otherwise. what came next was endless follow ups asking for screenshots with no settlement of the issue. i have sent emails to support@wisemarket.com yet i only received computerised replies mentioning it is the bank’s problem as they as a broker have fulfilled their role in the transfer. you can see my frustration in the screenshots when my emails were only met with the same messages. i contacted my IB at that time but to no avail. she insisted that it was the brokers’ doing and not their fault. i just only found out that there is a mediator now available on wikifx so i am now trying to get my funds to where it belongs: my account.

i came across WISEMARKET through a facebook ad for jb indicator on october 27, 2022. following this, i joined the jb indicator telegram group, where jb himself shared insights and trading signals. while i initially profited from WISEMARKET, i encountered an issue with my withdrawal. i can't withdraw my funds even though my status is "approved." this situation is concerning and serves as a warning to others. i'm sharing this to prevent others from becoming victims of similar situations. please exercise caution when dealing with WISEMARKET.

Made withdrawal since 30/8/23 and 7/9/23 for 200$ respectively both approved by their system but up until now no payment made to my bank account. Have been communicating through their support team but unfortunately responds with the same unproductive answers with end up with frustration. Strongly not recommending this broker for forex trading purposes because seems to have few suspicious signs as a fraudulent broker.

Amount below $100 was successfully credited but when I withdrawn $1010 on 21/08, it was deducted from my trading acc but not processed & credited to my bank acc! WISEMARKET chat option on their website has been ceased & their Telegram autobot is crap! Just giving generic reply for every enquiries & no way to speak to a real person! I contacted their support via email & they too were giving me auto generated replies ever since! When asked, the auto reply kept saying, the payment has been processed & released to my bank account but when asked for the date it was released, they are unable to advise further! Influencer JB Indicator is an accomplice too since he is promoting WISEMARKET & their BONUSES!(Used another phone to tk pictures since JB Indicator Telegram has disabled screenshots!) DONT BE FOOLED BY THE DEPOSIT BONUSES!

Withdrawal approved since 24 August but until now the money still not in my bank account. Already email them for updates every 2 day but untill now they reply with same word. Conclusion here, guessing i am already be scammed. So guys be careful with this broker n also their signal provider Fira Indicator. Don't be the next victim.
