On April 20th, the price on crude oil was volatile, though I bought long successfully, the platform showed that the trading was unavailable. On 23rd, I received the email, being informed that the platform hadn’t reflected the negative price. Thus, $18820 was withheld compulsorily. Why should I bear the losses?

On February 28th, I was asked to submit the address certification(but it takes days to receive the credit card bill). Then my trading was suspended. I have no idea but to open a new account in FOREX.com . But there is a frequent disconnection with the server. The trading experience was terrible. The withdrawal applied on March 28th is yet to be received as of April 11st. The so-called listed company is only to rip you off.

My account in FOREX.com was 2359284. I deposited 250 RMB on last December 13rd. While the fund was deducted by the bank, I failed to deposit. The platform said that it would be refunded in 3 days or so, asking for screenshot of deposit and bank bills in recent 3 months. I was asked to wait, but no one replied to me. The annex was the deposit certification and latest message from FOREX.com . (Due to the footprint on the APP, I failed to deposit fund into Anhui nuoyao technology co. LTD(through the first account which deposited fund successfully at the first time) )
