I bought a server in July from Chunqian Technology Development (Beijing) Co., Ltd. It was often offline and I could not make order timely, which caused me to lose money. Yesterday, there was signal and 33% of position was closed out. The following accounts all saw the position being closed out. After that, I can not follow the orders, which caused serious financial losses. Now the software company refuses to recognize its responsibility. I request the platform to apply for me.
