Scam in the Ezinvest company

They contacted me for a deposit of $250, with that money I would start my investment, but not only that they also requested identification, address and even electricity documents. In the process, one or another person contacted me but they did not explain anything to me about the company, I only had a class with my broker, then he was irresponsible because he did not call me on time. Seeing this situation I decided to withdraw, but when I requested my withdrawal from the platform they told me to wait 3 to 5 days, and only once did they contact me promising a refund of $250 and then they no longer answered emails, then we insisted on calls and a manager answered us, saying that I must have 950 soles on my card to get my money back, I responded that I don't have such money, and he mentioned that then the money is lost, he got upset and cut off my call.

Estafa en la empresa Ezinvest

Se contactaron conmigo para un depósito de 250 $, con tal dinero iniciaría mi inversión ,pero no solo eso también solicitaron documentos de identidad ,de domicilio y hasta de la luz .
En el proceso una que otra persona se contactaba conmigo pero no me explicaron nada acerca de la empresa , solo tuve una clase con mi broker ,despúes era irresponsable porque no me llamaba a la hora . Al ver esta situación decidí retirarme ,pero al solicitar mi retiro desde la plataforma me dijetin que esperara de 3 a 5 días , y solo una vez se comunicaron conmigo prometiendome la devolución de 250 $ y despúes ya no contestaban ni correos , luego insistimos en llamadas y nos respondió un encargado ,decia que debo tener 950 soles en mi tarjeta para que me devuelva mi dinero ,respondí que no cuento con tal dinero , y mencionó que entonces el dinero está perdido , se molestó y me cortó la llamada .
