Suddenly froze my account, cannot trade, and cannot withdraw

December 12, 2023, it suddenly froze my account. I can't log in or trade on the background. I contacted their online customer service, and they said could not find the relevant information. The account manager also did not give a clear answer and delayed it. When I logged in, it showed that the account did not exist!
