After discovering this problem, I complained to the official customer service. The customer service told me that she would give feedback to the technical staff and tell me to log in again or refresh after 30 minutes. Subsequent checks showed that it was indeed time to come over. After the modification, the long order was 51.48. The empty order was 27.83. The problem was that I was overcharged for inventory fees and was not refunded. I was charged an inventory fee of 2213.48 US dollars in 23 days. I then sent an email to the official email address. The official reply said that it had been handed over to the technical department, and they called me twice. After calling and sending 3-4 emails, they still responded to me with the same excuse. It has been 20 days and they still haven’t been processed for me. This is not even more shocking. What is even more shocking is that I found two short orders of 0.2 lots and 0.2 lots respectively. For 0.15 lots, inventory fees of US$150.1 and US$145.32 were charged respectively. Doesn’t the short order subsidize the inventory fee? This is probably not the first time that this platform has had this problem of randomly charging inventory fees. The platform is just trying to trick people out of sight.

如图所示,该平台在8月23日截图显示,1标准手多单收取51.48,空单给予17.69。发展该问题以后我就找官方客服投诉了此问题,客服告诉说她会反馈给技术人员,告诉我30分钟以后重新登录或是刷新,后续经查看显示确实该过来了,修改后多单51.48,空单27.83,问题是多收我的库存费并没有给我退回来,23天收取我库存费2213.48美金,后续发邮件给官方邮箱,官方的回复说已经交给技术部门,后面有打两次电话和3-4封邮件,还是以该借口回复我,至今过去20天了,依然没有给我处理,这还不是更绝的,更绝的是我发现有两个空单分别是0.2手和0.15手,分别被收了150.1美金和145.32美金的库存费,难道做空单不是补贴库存费的吗?该平台这种乱收库存费的问题应该不是第一次了,平台就是在你看不见的地方坑人
