Serious slippage. Stop profit protection turned into losses.

I request for compensation. This slippage is really unreasonable. A profit order turns into a loss order. This is unfair. Here is the thing, on May 31, I took long positions in gold at 1961.69, and the stop profit protection was set at 1965.37. As a result, the slippage knocked out, and my stop profit protection directly turned into losses of $422 (the stop profit protection $368, $54 losses). I apply for compensation now.
