Bit Option Pro

I reached out to BITINDEXCAPITAL regarding an issue with a transaction. Despite my bank confirming no issues on their end and no record of attempted transfers, BITINDEXCAPITAL was unwilling to provide any evidence or details that I could present to my bank. They claimed to offer comprehensive solutions, but all they suggested was to communicate with my bank. It's frustrating that they assert having detailed resolutions without actually providing any tangible assistance or documentation.

I can't help but express my disappointment with Bit Option Pro. I find it frustrating that Roboforex seems unwilling to refund my $200 in cash. They claim that the only payment methods available are through cryptocurrency and some obscure cash payment options, which are impractical for me in Jamaica. My lack of knowledge about cryptocurrency only adds to the frustration. Moreover, their refusal to make payments to any U.S. financial institutions further limits my options.

I've been using Bit Option Pro for a while now, and I gotta say, the recent changes in the spreads on Fx, especially GbpUsd, are a major letdown. The raw accounts used to offer pretty decent spreads, but in the past couple of months, they've definitely hiked them up. It's disappointing, to say the least.
