Onepro platform denies withdrawal by various reasons
I participated in the platform's account opening bonus 100 US dollars event in February 2022. The account experienced losses and profits. Finally, I traded 10 lots and submitted the withdrawal. Then, I received a reply from the platform that most of my orders were held for less than 3 minutes, and I was not allowed to withdraw. Then, I replied to the email and attached a screenshot of my transaction record. There was no order that was less than 3 minutes of holding the position. Obviously, the platform found a reason to refuse the withdrawal without even reviewing it, and then the platform said that after I closed the position, I made a reverse order. Given such a reason for refusing to withdraw, I was thinking that I did not lock firstly, and was also a new order that was completely closed and then opened. Even if I didn't open the order, the platform would still find new excuses to refuse to withdraw money! In addition, there is no clause in the activity rules for holding positions for more than 3 minutes, and no reverse order can be opened in a short period of time. At present, the online customer service does not reply at all, and the email communication does not reply. I hope the platform can process my withdrawal after seeing my appeal.

我在2022年2月参加平台开户赠金100美金活动,账户经历亏损盈利,终于交易满10手提交出金,然后直接收到平台回复说我大部分单子持仓时间不足3分钟,不让我出金。然后我回复邮件,附上我的交易记录截图,没有一张单子是低于持仓3分钟的,很显然平台连审核都没审核就找了个理由拒绝出金,然后平台就说我平仓后做了反向单。又给出这样的理由拒绝出金,我在想,我1没对锁,2也是完全平仓再开的新单。 哪怕我就是没有开方向单,平台依然会找新的借口拒绝出金!而且活动规则里本身也没有持仓3分钟以上,和短时间不能开反向单的条款, 目前在线客服根本不回复,邮件沟通也不回复。希望平台看到我的诉求后,可以处理我的出金。
