I want to report a problem with Pocket Option. I deposited about $40,000 on the platform through several card payments. Later my account was suddenly blocked and I could no longer access the platform. Because of this situation I contacted my banks and opened chargeback requests. Part of the payments were returned (about $14,000), including payments processed by UAB Walletto and other acquiring banks. However, several payments processed through Bank of Kigali were not returned. My total losses are still very significant. My Pocket Option account is currently blocked and I cannot use the service or access the platform. I request Pocket Option to review my case, explain the reason for blocking my account, and help resolve the remaining payment issues. I hope the company will respond and provide a fair solution.

Right now, when I switched to Binance and its alpha points, is when it hurts the most. These people took advantage of the fact that I didn't know anything and painted me a rosy picture with a YouTube commercial. I deposited 100 USDT and lost everything due to a clear price slippage. 😭🚩 Warning: do not deposit. I would be more than grateful 😞 for your help in getting me out of the bad situation I'm in.

At first I was trading with pocket option all by myself. The quick trading mode is good, pretty easy to learn how to trade even for beginners. However, I had issues with finding time as I was really busy working. And I’m glad that they integrated this copy trading feature inside the platform. It’s a bit risky, but there are some decent traders that are able to constantly pull off profits by the end of the month. It’s just hard to find them :D here is the tip though, look out for traders with the least amount of trades taken, but with a high win rate. Those are usually the ones that trade in disciplined way following all their rules. Not just guessing where the price would go.

It’s not that easy… I looked at a bunch of videos online thinking that it would be easy peasy, but in reality, it turns out that skills matter the most. It takes a lot of time and dedication in order to learn how to profitably trade QT. Took me about 5 months non stop to learn. As for the broker, they are solid. Withdrawals are on time, made two of them so far. But profitability rate varies a lot from one asset to anotherr

they offer the quick trading mode.,kinda challenging if to think carefully.. I did trade in the qt mode, and it was very intense, even with crypto on demo, I actually liked that on real, not because of payouts bertween 70% and 90%, but the process itself, I used to do trades regularly in long periods, and I'd open positions and then close them the following week, but with qt it's like all my skills get trhough the test, like the concnetration of evrything i know at one moment:)

I was able to earn with this broker - Pocket Option. Why? Thanks to the hard work they did and the education section they provide, things finally worked out. Now, I have become a more focused swing trader on a 15-minute timeframe. Everything works perfectly, from deposits, to order execution, to professional and respectful support. A while ago, I made a crypto deposit - an additional margin for upcoming events...I need to swing correctly....

I really like the trading platform. Even tho i,m not an experienced trader it didn’t take me long to get around. Plus I appreciate how easy they have made for new traders to open a real trading account with such a low deposit requirements. But at the same time they can do better for the educational resource. Their blog has more than 1000 articles, but i’m lost a bit, it’s confusing and it’s not well-structured :/

i liking the platform, and its QT mode,as an idea it is good. However, there is a thing that really bothers me, it is that % payouts are not that high on some assets. For example, I see for EUR/AUD it is just 60%....quite low to be honest...I mean, it is arleady hard to anticiapte the price move, so, when I am right, the payout isnt that much, so need I higher to cover my losses...not so good RR. Not saying it is completely bad, but defienrely needs to be checked

it's cool that I found this broker - the demo is super easy, I didn't even expect it could be so easy: just a few clicks and I can see all the charts, indicators, place orders, see how charts move what's neede more for beginners - the platform feels very comfy, I feeling like my learning getting faster and faster with every run it helped me to get ready for live trading, and I doing small - not big risks, small proftis but very often, and withdrawing got so smooth

When I first signed up, I was a bit worried about using it. I had never used a broker that allowed us to trade in fast mode—forex, stocks, everything all at once like this. It was something very new to me. Fortunately, I found a user manual on their platform, but it was strange that they didn't mention it on the website... Thank you for this guide that helped me understand where and how to go. Sometimes it can be a bit complicated, but with time and gradual understanding, it's manageable.

The broker is open and transparent about their terms and how they operate, they got the necessary doumenattion and they're all available to read. Trading with them has been so far more or less ok;; I just didn't like when my depositing freezed for a moment. And also the point that my demo didn't feel quite similar to the rel market conditions. The rest wasn't a problem.

One must give credit to Pocket Option for maintaining such a rich blog. Thousands of articles have been published already. But I think a better organiation is required. I was looking for learning articles, and while there is a learning folder, inside you can find many articles with market analyses. Ssame is with markets folder. Maybe adiing a filter by asset would be great addition to find analysis for a specific instrument you trade
