They kept telling me that the withdrawal was partly delayed due to plenty of customers who recently submitted withdrawal applications. I have been waiting for more than ten days. They didn't give an accurate time when the money will arrive.

It has been 10 days, but I still haven't received the money. What evidence do I need to provide, bank statement?

I received the withdrawal email on February 8, but the money didn't arrive.

I withdrew the money on February 7th, and the money was deducted, but it didn’t arrive till today. During this period, I contacted customer service and they kept asking me to wait. No explanation. They said it would arrive in 2 to 5 days, but they kept saying to wait.
