平台资金冻结，需要继续充值才可以提出，从最开始累计到20多万的时候说要30万才可以出金，然后没说30万整，充多了几千块，后面又说要充40整才可以出金。在后面又说申请大额提现通道的时候我反复取消出金，因为前期申请大额通道失败我才取消的出金，那个时候根本出不了金，到40又说我反复提现才导致的资金冻结，必须在充11万才可以解冻资金，可是提供相关材料证明不就可以解冻资金的吗
