With respect to the withdrawal by Chen Wenhang, we find that the customer submitted withdrawal application on November 15, which was transferred to the payment provider on the same day. But the withdrawal was failed at night of November 15, due to technical problem, and the money was returned to the trading account. The relevant department has informed the customer immediately by email and adviSed him to resubmit the application. So the customer resubmitted the application at night of November 16, and we transferred it to the payment provider in 5 minutes after the resubmitting. According to the efficiency of payment provider, the customer will generally receive the money within 5 business days excluding Saturday and Sunday. In terms of the failure of locking position, your account did not have enough margin. The detailed investigation report has been sent to the customer's registered email. 富拓mt4账号：141088069，盈利无法取款，开头告知当天到账，结果等了3个工作日，打电话咨询说是已经通过并提交支付方打款，结果到夜晚直接拒绝取款，并把款项退回正在交易的MT4账号，交易没有设置止损，如果造成资金亏损，谁负责？赚钱不让取款，还想办法让我把钱亏回去吗？第二个取款后我账号还有资金，交易时问客户经理是否能在预付款比例到80%的时候对冲锁仓，客户经理以及电话联系的客服都说可以，结果我没有及时锁仓，到90%的时候去锁也锁不了，导致爆仓，这个亏损又是谁负责？纯纯的黑平台。希望能协助追回资金！
