With respect to the problem with charge for account, FXTM will charge every customer 5 euros/dollars/pounds from the trading account and FXTM wallet, if they do not trade for 6 consecutive months or longer period from the last trading, depending on the type of currency traded in account and wallet. And FXTM will inform the customers by email 5 days before charging the fee for inactivity. Due to the fact that the customer did not trade for 6 months in a row or longer time, FXTM charged the customer 1.2245 dollars left in his account (122.45 cents). At present there's no balance in the account of the customer. With reference to the withdrawal unavailable, we suggest that the customer reach out to online customer service to provide more detailed information about the failure to withdraw money, so that we can help to deal with the problem better.
