I have received the call-back from the Asian department in Australia. There are trading records at the backstage that were liquidated in the wake of losses. However, I didn't see any records on my MT4 or use different phones to log in during the same period. My balance remains USD 150. I'm confused that trading history should comprise of all transactions but my MT4 didn't show anything. Speechless.

There is no transaction when depositing, and the account balance has become 3 dollars. Users can only send emails to contact the customer but receive no reply. There is no way to check the specific reasons. Please be careful when depositing.
