It has been over 10 minutes from fluctuated market to close positions. There is a gap of over $10 between the stop loss price and close position price. The customer service keeps shrinking responsibility and doesn’t help me solve the problem. This is a fraud platform, please be careful.

In the first half of this year, a guy, alias ZhanJiuZhan, raised money in the communication platform, the sums involved were ￥460,000. Then he absconded while the platform did nothing about it. What’s more, anything involved this thing was avoided posting. There is a rule in the communication platform, don’t give recommendations. However, the clerks can give recommendations in it, making new hands lose money. The notes will be checked before posted. The notes which is relevant to the interests of the platform would be rejected, making you feel that everybody earns money. Please stay away from this platform, it’s a rip-off. If I sell short at 1965 and my transaction value is 1964.85 or less. If I close the position at 1965, the close price will be 1965.15 or more. Every trade is like this. There were more than 50 pips of spread. ( If I set the stop loss price at 1968.1, my position will be closed at 1967.6) Then I go to the background to see the price, and it’s 1968.73 while the highest price is less than 1968.23. All my positions were closed at the stop loss price but the actual price was dozens of pips higher than the stop loss price. The customer service ignore me so I wen to the customer service via QQ. Then we checked together. Later we found out that the price was wrong and the QQ customer service didn’t respond to me, either. What a rip-off!

With a netizen’s recommendation, I opened an account in JINRONG . The service boasted that they are an old platform with 8 years of history that, as long as depositing fund, one could get $300 bonus. The teacher in livestreaming room gave order recommendations, only ot charge high service fee. Only by completing a certain lot of trading, can I get the bonus. I have been induced to deposit large amount of fund. Due to the unstable system, the platform has scammed me out of 130 thousand RMB.
