SAF Financialscam platform does not allow to withdraw money

SAF Financial scam platform does not allow to withdraw money. I withdrew money on November 15th but the money has not arrived now. It has been one month, and I called the agent every day, letting him help me to ask the salesman when I can get the money. The salesman has not dealt with the problem, and later told last week that the money would arrive on Friday. But he does not reply both message and phone call. Here remind everyone that it is a scam platform.
