800624 I encountered two issues during trading that caused me to lose nearly $6,000. 1) On 07/02, CHINA300 (China 300) on the KUNLUN trading platform showed no response at all during the 09:30 market opening, while another spot gold product I purchased kept fluctuating. The lack of response on CHINA300 caused me to miss the optimal exit time, resulting in significant losses. 2) XAUUSD spot gold: On 7/2, I placed a sell order for 1 lot, but the system automatically executed 2 lots (two separate 1-lot orders), instantly triggering a margin call and causing a loss of $1,018 (Order IDs: 26876980, 6876986, 26877705). Moreover, similar incidents occurred 6-7 times consecutively from June to July, leading to substantial direct losses. Additionally, issues like pending orders and slippage also contributed to the losses. I now demand KUNLUN INTERNATIONAL to provide an explanation and a solution. Furthermore, my account has now been blocked, preventing me from logging in to check. I have already contacted both the account-opening agent and the official support (emails to the official team have gone unanswered).
