AVATRADE’s own deposit problem made me lose money. It’s a rogue.
I’ve got 3 accounts in AVA. All my deposited money didn’t go to the account I operated. My deposit operation was perfectly ok. They kept saying it was my own problem and my screenshot evidence is nothing. Then I made a video as a proof, sending it to them. They changed 3 customer services after then. They made me unable to close position by deliberately make my deposit goes wrong. Do I need to bear that loss myself? AVA let client shoulder their own problem? God damn it.

我在爱华有三个账户,入金指定账户永远不到账,钱都到我没有操作的账户里面,我入金的步骤没有任何问题,客服一次一次的说是我自己的操作问题。截图不算数,我们就拍视频。我拍了视频作为证据以后给我换了三个客服。入错账户让我手里的单子不得不砍仓。难道这个损失让我自己来承担吗?你们公司出现的错误让客户承担损失。还死不承认的嘴角真的是有才!!!
