Do not compensate for losses caused by forced orders placed by the system
I placed an order on the night of April 3rd and log in using the live3 server. My account was forced to place 13 orders in one minute, with two lots per order, resulting in an instant loss of 1500U on my account. I sent an email to customer service to ask the account manager to handle it, but the account manager never contacted me.
