PrimeX is a fraudulent and deceitful company. Their customer service deceives clients with the company's supposed advantages, but when you subscribe, they deny what they promised, as it happened to me. They told me that trading during news time wouldn't be affected, and the spread would only increase by a maximum of 5 points. They also claimed that any issues during news or trading would be compensated. However, when I started trading, the spread increased by more than 90 points, causing me significant losses. They then falsely attributed my losses to the spread.
Interestingly, during a video, it was evident that the trades were closed seconds before the news announcement, even before the platform could react to the news. This clearly showed that all the support team's claims were lies, and they have no connection to forex whatsoever. When I contacted the company's manager, Ahmed Al-Araji, he told me, 'The funds are not enough to cover the loss because we lost with the liquidity provider, so it's impossible to provide any compensation.'
